Ronald L. Burton, 73, passed away at Griffen Nursing Home in Knoxville, Iowa on August 9, 2016. He was born on October 25, 1942 to Charles Albert Burton and Lucille Neoma Wasburn in Des Moines, Iowa. Ronald grew up on the north side of Des Moines and later moved to the Chariton area to be close to family.
Ronald was an avid collector and was always looking for the next great one of a kind treasure he could come across.
Ronald is survived by his son Mark (Becky) of Des Moines, daughter Pamela Last of Altoona, sister Lorilla Trujillo of Chariton, four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, son Ronnie Jr, sister Marcella Ballard.
