Mr. Beard was born June 11, 1946 in Los Angeles, CA, son of Willis Beard and Leona (Williams) Beard. Mr. Beard is survived by a daughter, Cindy Tate of Sandoval; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; a brother: Thomas Beard of Sandoval. He was preceded in death by his parents. He enjoyed spending time with his family.
