Ronald Keith Crockford, 85, of Peabody, MA passed away peacefully at home on June 17, 2017. He was the loving husband of Joan (Smith) Crockford, with whom he shared 57 devoted years of marriage. Born December 17, 1931 in Revere, MA, he was the son of the late Harold and Elsie (Hogben) Crockford. Captain Crockford grew up in Saugus, before enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1948.
