Ronald Joseph Cannone, age 72, passed away on June 13th at Hackensack University Medical Center. He was born on Nov 11th, 1950 in Mt Vernon to his late parents Margret and Joseph. He’s a graduate of Saint Raymond’s High School and Manhattan College. After College he proudly served his country in the National Guard and later went on to work as a top recruiter in the technology field. Our Ronnie was a lover of the arts, a gifted athlete, and an avid sports fan. Especially the Boston Red Sox and the New York Rangers. Known to many as “Norm” and”Rock” he had a knack for making friends wherever he went, could talk to a stranger for hours, and could make anyone laugh. Ronnie had a huge heart, and would give you the shirt off his back in an instant. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon, his three daughters, Kristi and her husband Bobby, Kara and Tori, and his grandchildren, Dominic, Alyssa, Annie and Sara. He also leaves behind his brother Bobby and wife Darlene, his two brothers in law, Jim and Rich, beloved nephews, Bob, Joey, Angel, Gregg, Matt, Sean, Jimmy and his nieces, Dina and Taryn, along with their families.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
