Ronald “Red” Gilmore a native of Salitpa, AL made his earthly transition on January 1, 2020 at the Jackson Medical Center in Jackson, AL. He and his twin Donald, were born September 24, 1957 to A. B. and Juanita Foxx Gilmore.

Ronald attended Clarke County Training School in Coffeeville, AL and liked fishing, hunting, and being with family and friends.

Preceding him in death were his father, A. B. Gilmore, Sr.; brothers, A. B. Gilmore, Jr. and Cleveland White; sisters, Jackie Gilmore and Jacquelyn Gilmore.

Left to forever cherish his memories are: his devoted mother, Juanita Gaston, Salitpa, AL; two brothers, his twin Donald Gilmore and Adam (Para) Gaston, both of Salitpa, AL; four sisters, Shirley (Thirlow) McGrew, Silas, AL, Benita Ofield, Lisman, AL, Angelia Duff, Pensacola, FL, and Melva Brown, Salitpa, AL; four aunts, Bernice Johnson, Minnie Hightower, Flora McKenzie, and Cloradean Kennedy; an uncle, M. C. Brown; two great aunts, Edna Dixon, and Martha (Jimmy) Dixon; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
