Ronald was born June 25, 1934 in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of the late Carlos W. and Grace Nordenson Goltz. He passed away in a local nursing facility following an extended illness Monday, May 6, 2019.
Ron received his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Iowa in 1956. He served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. After his service to our country, Ron began his career as a mortgage Banker and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in Kansas City. He was a member of the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors, and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
Ron was an avid tennis player, and enjoyed watching it as well. He was also a avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Ron is survived by nieces Holly Millea and Mary Bernt and a host of other nieces and nephews.
