Ronald Forrest Laug, 81, passed away April 27 in Boulder, Colorado where he was receiving medical care. He was born April 4, 1935 to the late Forrest and Dorothy Laug of Grand Rapids, Spring Lake and Naples, Florida. Two sisters, Carolyn Booth and Norma Laug, also predeceased him. He is survived by Tamara and Jake Thamm of Boulder, Jane Laug of Readfield, Maine, Greg Laug of Spring Lake, and grandchildren Allison and Tristan Thamm.
Ron retired as CEO of the family business, Michigan Bulb Company, and moved to Lost Tree Village in North Palm Beach, Florida where he lived out his passion for golf. Ron graduated from Michigan State University and remained a staunch fan and supporter.
