Ronald F. Czajak, 77, of Upton, died late Monday, December 14, 2015 in Heywood Hospital in Gardner after an illness. He was the husband of Diane (Worthington) Czajak.
Born in Syracuse, NY, he was the son of the late Stanley and Catherine (Wells) Czajak, and was a graduate of New York University.
In addition to his wife, he leaves two sons, Brian Czajak of Boston and Paul Czajak of New Jersey; a daughter, Susan Czajak of Grafton; and two grandchildren, Aidan and Abigail. He was also the father of the late Peter Czajak.
