Ronald E. Epley, 75, of Montoursville formerly of Ormond Beach, FL passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at home with his daughter by his side.
Born November 29, 1946 in Williamsport he was a son of the late Walter Harry “Tip” Epley and Ruth Maria (Henley) Crawford of Avis.
He was a 1964 graduate of Williamsport High School. Ronald retired from AVCO, currently Textron Lycoming. He was a past member of IVY Lodge No. 106 Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania and the Zafar Grotto, South Williamsport. A lover of Corvettes, he was a member of the Susquehanna Valley Corvette Club. Ron was proud to be one of the first players on the Original Little League Team with Carl E. Stotz.
Surviving in addition to his mother are three children, Carrie Hamm of Montoursville, Thomas Epley of Allenwood and Paul Epley of White Deere; and two grandchildren, Evan and Emily Hamm, both of Montoursville.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by an infant brother, Paul W. Epley and step father, Warner Crawford.
