Ronald Edward Crabb, 83, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021, at Taylor House in Des Moines, IA.
Ronald was born September 17, 1938, in Saylorville, IA. He was raised by Robert Lorey and Eleanor (Hoffman). He married Linda Crabb on October 5, 1968, in Logan, IA.
Ron worked in the automotive industry for most of his life. He could always repair a car or find a part that was needed. He loved to fish and watch baseball. He was also a huge NASCAR and Cubs fan. He liked to cook and do his word searches. Later in life, he liked to color. Ron never knew a stranger and truly enjoyed spending time with his family.
Ron is survived by his wife, Linda Crabb; daughter, Rochelle (Joe) Pentico; sons, Russ (Lisa) Crabb, Rob (Stephanie) Crabb; grandchildren, Andrea (Corey) Hannula, Zachary Pentico, Tyler Crabb, Bryce Crabb, Aliza Pentico, Hayden Crabb, Harper Crabb; sister, Charlotte (Wayne) Anderson; brother-in-law, Larry Jackson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sharon Jackson; nephew, David Anderson.
