Ronald Earl, 73, of Niles, passed away with family by his side on July 31, 2018. A beloved son, nephew, father, and papa.
Ron was born on July 5, 1945 in Jackson, Michigan to Marilyn Messner, who later married Willie Earl who adopted Ron and loved and raised him as his own until he passed in 1978. Ron graduated from Niles High School in 1964 then went to work at Simplicity Pattern Company for the next 35 years, from where he retired. He loved camping, fishing, and going to garage sales. When he was younger, he always had to have his first 2 weeks in November to go hunting with his buddies and their motorcycle trips in the summer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Lee and Marilyn (Messner) Earl, and step-son Brandon Harpole.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Harpole of Niles and his Uncle Duane (Sue) Messner of Jackson; his children, Tamara Earl, Shannon (Victor) Earl, Heather (Joe) Turnock, Denise (Jeff) Harpole, Korie (Josh) Earl, all of Niles; his grandchildren, Alexandria (Aaron) Bauman of Niles, Lynnette (David) Earl of South Bend, Jeremy Earl of Niles, Cody Turnock of Niles; and his great grandchildren Libby and Baylee Bauman of Niles.
