Ronald Charles Gibson
1936 – 2021
Our beloved father and grandfather, Ronald Charles Gibson, returned to his Heavenly Home on December 29, 2021 and was reunited with his eternal companion Nancy.
Ronald was born April 1, 1936 in Ogden, Utah to Fay Elizabeth Carver and Charles Blair Gibson. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ronald married Nancy Sorensen in the Logan Temple on November 7, 1957.
He enjoyed horses, hunting, fishing, farming and his chickens.
He is survived by his children Janice (Don) Carter, Joyce (Kevin) Ludlow, Lisa (Ronnie) Reeder, Kenneth C. (Heidi) Gibson, and Paul (Danielle) Gibson; brothers Dean, Richard and Dave Gibson and sister Debbie Ortega; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 64 years Nancy; brother Brent and sister Linda Barnes.
The family would like to thank the staff at The Auberge and Applegate Hospice for their care of Dad over the last several months.
