Roman Christian Carugno, of Willingboro passed away on Monday at the age of 44. Roman was a graduate of Burlington City High School, Class of 1989 and played football. He was a business owner since the age of 18 with his brother at Carugno Brothers Car Dealership. He was affectionately known as Ro-Love to many of his peers and was generous to many beyond words.
He enjoyed working out, playing co-ed softball, hanging at the Hope Fire House and being a Burlington boy. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents John Carugno and Margaret Allen; brother Dino Carugno (Jill); sisters Desira Carugno (Lukas) , Joy Marshall (Jimmy); niece Emily Carlesimo; godson Antonio Joseph Carlesimo; nephews: David and Taylor Anderson; James E. Sullivan, Shawn O’Neill and countless other friends.
