Roma Lee Taylor was born to the late Howard Levi II and Mabel Elizabeth Foreman, on August 4, 1945. She was called to eternal rest on September 9, 2017. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Roma had touched throughout her short, yet very memorable life. Throughout her health problems Roma continued to be extremely strong and faithful. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. Roma, attended and graduated from Poolesville High School.
On April 6, 1965, she married Leon S. Taylor, from this union they became the parents of two lovely daughters, Deneen Francene, and Jill Danielle and the grandparents of Racine.
