Roger grew up and attended schools in Goodland,KS. He graduated from Goodland High School in 1957. He was united in marriage to Carol Wheeler on February 8, 1964 in Leominster,Massachusetts.
Roger is survived by his wife; Carol Summer of Elizabeth, Colorado, son, Roger (Jennifer)Summer of Elwood, Nebraska, daughters Kelly (Jon) Boesen of Parker, Colorado and Tracy(Edward) Carriere of Franktown, Colorado, sister, Anis Townsend of Colorado, uncle, Jim (Joyce) Daniels of Goodland,KS, uncle, Bobbie (Phyllis) Daniels of Goodland,KS; as well as 10 grandchildren,1 great grandson,nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
