Roger F. Marez began his life in a small town just outside of Trinidad, Colorado, born inside his family home to his father Albino Marez and his mother Sofia Marez. No Birth Certificate and no proof that this studly cowboy ever existed except for the long wild life and big family left behind.
From a handsome Navy Sailor, to a strong rodeo bull rider, to the loving husband, father and Papa he grew to be! His love for his wife, Theresa, was like no other! They would take over any dance floor they found to show off their country western moves! There weren’t many dull moments in his life with his 12 children and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and yes even great-great-grandchildren who loved him dearly and always greeted him with joy, “Hi Papa!”. The memories he made with his family were his most treasured.
