Roger David Hartstone passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at the age of 57.
He was born in Boston on June 11, 1950 to Leon and Marcia Hartstone. Roger was a resident of Flagstaff since 1983 and an active member in the community. He helped coordinate Flagstaff’s first Earth Day celebration in 1990 and was a congressional candidate in three elections for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Roger is survived by his two children, Joey Hartstone; son (Los Angeles) and Laura Hartstone; daughter (Seattle).
He is also survived by his two sisters, Jane Stone and Judy Hartstone (Bainbridge Is, Wash.).
