Roger was born October 26, 1960, in Sterling, Colorado to Ruben and Francis (Abeyta) Sandoval. He graduated from Lincoln High School in Denver in 1979. He worked at Gunslinger Custom Paint as a paint/body man. Roger enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with family and friends. He would do anything for anyone. He would give you his shirt off his back to anyone who needed it, whether you were family or a friend or a complete stranger in need.
He is preceded in death by his father Ruben Sandoval, mother Francis Phillips and nephew Dugan Rixie.
Roger is survived by a stepdaughter Bre Tonjes of Denver, CO; sisters Vicky Sandoval of Commerce City, CO, Andrea Gillin of Lake Villa, IL, Barb Rixie of Denver, CO; brothers Jerry Sandoval of Sterling, CO and William Sandoval of Ranchos de Taos, NM and numerous nieces and nephews.
