Roger D. Ballard, of Livingston Manor, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was 80.
He was the son of the late Charles Ballard and Irene (Edwards) Ballard, born on May 16, 1941 in Ringwood, NJ.
Roger proudly served our country in the United States Army from 1965 to 1975. He then went on to work as Assistant Foreman for the State of New Jersey Parks Department.
He is survived by his son Chris Wyatt and his adopted family and many close friends. Roger is predeceased by his siblings Charles and Kenneth Ballard, Betty Day, Cindy Jenkens and Debby Ballard; and nephew Christopher Pekny.
