Rodney Wayne Ashcraft, 50, of Rising Sun, passed away Friday, May 9th, at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg.
He was born February 9th, 1958, in Milan, the son of Guy and Betty (Thies) Ashcraft. He attended Rising Sun High School and was a truck driver for Ashcraft & Son Trucking of Rising Sun.
Survivors include his parents, Guy and Betty Ashcraft of Rising Sun; his sons, Jeremy W. Ashcraft of Harrison, Ohio and Rodney S. Ashcraft of Rising Sun; his stepsons, Pfc Adam W. Clements and Pvt. Bradley T. Clements, both of Knoxville, Tennessee; his daughters, Patricia L. O’Neal of Lawrenceburg and Tracey M. Ashcraft of Evansville; his stepdaughter, Amanda L. Housemyer of Versailles; his grandchildren, Jayce Logan O’Neal, Destinee S. Housemyer and Braeden Housemyer; and his wife of 16 years, Roberta Lee Ashcraft.
He was preceded in death by his grandchild, Kolten Lee Ashcraft O’Neal.
