Rodney Razor was the son of !ate Veronica Ward and Billie Joe Razor. He was born July 23, 1960 in San Diego, California.
Rodney was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents, Cornelius and Evergay Ward along with Ruben and Eva Razor.
Rodney was a graduate of the Class of 1978 at Roosevelt High School in Gary, Indiana. He attended Indiana State College where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication/English.
Rodney was a car salesman for many dealerships. His last place of work was CARITE where he worked until his health caused him to retire at an early age. Rodney was a believer of God and his faith. His place of worship was Harvest Prayer Center.
Rodney enjoyed selling cars and helping people who were not able to get a car. He enjoyed going to The Chicago Bears, The Indianapolis Colts, and The Chicago Cubs games.
Rodney was a fighter, he fought for six years with his heart disease until the last days of his life. Rodney will greatly be missed by those who knew and loved him. Rodney entered eternal life on February 22, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Rodney leaves to cherish his memories with his fiancé, JoAnn Amos; sons, Rodney Razor Jr. (South Bend, Indiana), Jermaine Razor (Natalee) of Evansville, Indiana, Bryan Razor of South Bend, Indiana, William Razor of Indianapolis, Indiana; daughters, Ishea Bottom Charles of San Diego, California and Jasmine Razor of Indianapolis, Indiana; ex-wife, Percilla Swanson of Indianapolis, Indiana; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Barry Winn of San Diego, California and Darral Razor of Gary, Indiana; stepmother, Charlotte Razor of Chicago, Illinois; stepfather, Richard Dunlap of Gary, Indiana; 2 aunts, 2 uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
