Rodney H. McKenzie, 86, of Anderson, IN, passed away August 19, 2021, at his home. He was born on June 28, 1935, in Farmers, KY, to John and Estelle McKenzie.
Rodney served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Rodney was an avid runner, taking up the sport of running when he was almost 45 years old, and ran two marathons.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Rodney E. McKenzie; his granddaughter, Erin L. McKenzie; his great-granddaughter, Cheyenne Hughes; and his siblings, Guy McKenzie, John McKenzie, Charles “Nook” McKenzie, Horace “Doug” McKenzie, Earl McKenzie, Avis McKenzie, and Delores “Ann” McKenzie.
