Rodd M. Cowling, 56, of Bethlehem Township, passed away after a long illness and rode his Harley up to Heaven on Sunday May 13, 2018.

Born in Bethlehem, Rodd was the son of LaVerne M. (Hunsicker) Cowling of Bethlehem Township, and the late Marwood J. Cowling. He graduated from Freedom High School and Bethlehem Vo-Tech in 1981, and worked for many years as a car detailer for Hanchick and Lerch. He later worked for Valley Printing and for Valley Farm Market. Rodd loved his family, his cat Lion King, his Harley Davidson motorcycle, music, going to the casino, going fishing and being outdoors. He had a way about him, and always said it like it was.

Survivors: mother LaVerne; brothers Randall J. Cowling and his companion Lori Lipko, and Ricky N. Cowling, both of Bethlehem Township; sister Robin E. Jacoby and her husband Glen “Jake” of Bethlehem; niece Jessica Jacoby of Bethlehem; nephew Justin Cowling and his wife Lindsay of Bethlehem.
