Rocky Cadell Adkins, 60, of Franklin, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, March 22, 2022, in Salem, Arkansas.
He was born in Homer, Alaska, on May 26, 1961, son of the late Fredrick Melvin and Opal (Glasgow) Adkins. Rocky was united in marriage to LaDeanna Haynes on December 14, 2012, in Kenai, Alaska. During his working years, Rocky was a heavy equipment operator.
Rocky is survived by his loving wife, LaDeanna Haynes of Franklin, Arkansas; daughters, Erica Adkins of Anchorage, Alaska, Stefani Adkins of Texas and DeLynda Darby of Anchorage, Alaska; sons, Christopher Adkins of Willow, Alaska, Dylan Adkins of Wasilla, Alaska and Shelby Haynes of Portland, Oregon; sisters, Debbie (Robert) Gorecke and Donna Witham; brothers, Daryle Adkins and Stephen Adkins; 7 grandchildren; and mother and father-in-law, Dean and Lynda Kvasnikoff.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Melvin Adkins.
