Robinson (Robbie) Rodriguez, Sr. 86 of Bethlehem passed away peacefully on Friday July 27, 2018 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg surrounded by his loving family. Born in Guayanilla, PR he was the son of the late Alberto and Mercedes (Saez) Rodriguez. At age 72 Robbie retired from Mueller Martini, Allentown where he handled building maintenance. He loved going polka dancing every Sunday with his sweetheart Paulette at the Coplay Saengerbund. Throughout his life Robbie especially enjoyed fishing, putting jigsaw puzzles together and gardening. Family and friends could stop by his house anytime in the summer and he was always happy to pick tomatoes from his garden to send home with them.
Survivors: He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Rob Rodriguez, Jr. and his wife Kelly of Bethlehem and Aljenol Rodriguez of Bethlehem; his loving companion of 8 years Paulette Mayoryk; Brothers: Atahualpa ‘Tao’ Rodriguez of Williams Twp, Ariel Rodriguez of Mass; sisters: Isaida Rodriguez of PR; Ermelinda Rodriguez of Salisbury Twp; Aracelis Rodriguez of PR and three grandchildren. He is predeceased by Brothers: Ojel Rodriguez, Efrain Rodriguez and Eterberto Rodriguez
