Robie Strickland Fisch, aged 85, passed away peacefully in her home April 22, 2020. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 16, 1935 to Freeman and Ruth Strickland.
Robie was a graduate of Randolph Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg Virginia. In her career, as an office manager, she mentored and advised two of the most successful youth ministers in Atlanta at the time – The Cathedral of St.
Robie is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years William Walton Fisch. Her younger brother Freeman Strickland and family. 4 devoted Children and their spouses; Walton (Gloria), Catherine Woerheide (John), Elizabeth, David (Sara). 7 fantastic Grandchildren; Laurel, Daisy, Willis, Sigi, Felix, Kiki and Sally. 3 Grandogs, 3 Grandcats, and a countless amount of friends she met and kept along the way.
