Bobbi had an extensive career as an Office Administrator at W.P Hospital. She could always be counted upon to liven up any gathering by sharing her humor and wit.
Among Bobbi’s passions were travel, reading, and attending concerts which were highlighted by attending Woodstock in 1969.
She was a volunteer at The Bronx Zoo and the rape crisis center. Additionally, she was unselfishly lending a hand at the Community Unitarian Church of White Plains, NY. She was an independent free spirit who always colored outside the lines.
As a mother and grandmother, she was creative, energetic, supportive, encouraging, and loving. She was known affectionately as “googly-eyed Grandma”.
She is survived by her daughter Julie Kappers (Vincent Belardino), grandson Jefferson Kappers, granddaughter Sydney Kappers, and her brother Andy Strasberg (Patti).
