Roberta “Bobbie” Whisler, 65, passed away December 28, 2013. The daughter of Robert and Ruby Langford, Bobbie was born June 19, 1948 in Kansas City, MO. Bobbie is survived by her husband Phil Whisler; children, Randi Holwell and Curt Whisler; and grandchild Trista Holwell. Bobbie and Phil were married on April 13, 1968. They bought their home in Canon City on Bobbie’s 47th birthday, opening Whisler’s Barber Shop shortly thereafter. Bobbie owned and operated Whisler’s Barber Shop in Canon City for nearly 20 years.
