Robert William Wright, 71 of Tunnelton died Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Stonerise-Kingwood.
He was born July 9, 1949, in Rowlesburg, a son of the late John Robert and Ruth Sara Calhoun Wright.
Robert was a loving husband, father and brother. He was a handyman and laborer for the Town of Tunnelton, enjoyed the outdoors, working for the elderly and talking on the phone to his friends. His handle on his CB radio was “Tunnel Man”.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Rose Cassady Wright; his son, Nicholas “Nick” Wright of Tunnelton; his sister, Linda Stemple and her husband, Jim of Martinsburg and his furry friend, Buttercup.
