Robert Wayne Grady, 74, of Middletown, beloved husband of Evelyn (Latronica) Grady for fifty-one years, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at the West Haven Veterans Hospital. Born in Kings Mountain, NC, he was the son of the late James and Louise (Owensby) Grady.
Bob graduated Nathan Hale Ray High School, Class of 1961. He was veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the United States Marine Corp for four years. He lived in Middletown for forty-six years and was employed by E.I.S. Manufacturing for thirty-one years. Bob was a NASCAR fan and an avid Red Sox fan, playing golf and loved music, records, and playing guitar. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will truly be missed.
Along with his wife, Bob is survived by two sons, Kevin S. Grady and his wife, Amy and Andrew B. Grady, all of Middletown; a daughter, Rebecca L. Grady of Canaan; two sisters, Shirley Cronin of Sycamore, IL and Sheila Ranburger of Kings Mountain, NC; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
