Robert Wade Hampton passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the age 64. Robert was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 21, 1951, the son of Eugene W. and Gladys (Diaz) Hampton. He attended Western Michigan University, where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees. For many years, he worked as a counselor for Nazareth College and Western Michigan University. He was currently employed as a courier by Prestige Delivery (Lasership). He was an avid golfer and enjoyed music. He loved to play the guitar and was pursuing the dream of becoming a song writer.
He recently recorded a CD “Oldenu” with Tate Music Group. He was an extra in the series “Land of the Outlaws”, premiering this year. He also helped with music coordination, worked as locations manager and did voice over work for the series.
