Robert Wilcott Brown, 86, of Middletown, passed away on Sunday, January 31st at Silver Spring Care Center in Meriden. Born in East Hampton, he was the son of the late Thomas and Lola (Rich) Brown and lived most of his life in Middletown. He is survived by three sons, Newton W. Brown, Robert W. Brown, Jr. and Everett Brown and a sister, Grace Waters. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Anna Wolf and his special companion, Emily Coleman.
