Robert Wayne Watson Jr. passed away among family at his home in Emmett, Idaho on Oct, 31, 2018
Robert married Bonny Ann Smith in 1964 while attending BYU. He graduated BYU in 1966 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and finished Air Force ROTC. He joined the U.S. Air force in 1965 as a 2nd Lieutenant. He was honorably discharged from his Air Force career in 1969 as a Captain. He ran a spa for a number of years before becoming a State Farm agent in 1978.
Robert became Bishop of the Canby, Oregon Second Ward in 1981 after having 7 children; 6 boys and 1 girl. He served as either Bishop or a Counselor in the Stake Presidency until he became the Oregon City Stake President in 1988 and served diligently until 1997. He retired from State Farm in 2003.
