GREEN – Robert “Bob” Baltrinic, 85, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022 at home with his family at his side.
Bob was born August 22, 1936 as the 10th of 11 children of Mike and Mary (Pozderec) Baltrinic in Empire OH. His family relocated to Green and he was a 1954 graduate of Green High School. Bob studied music at the University of Akron. He owned and operated Bob and Carol’s School of Music where he taught until retiring in 2004. His love of music inspired his enjoyment of traveling to see music venues all over the world. Bob loved everything outdoors – hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and snow skiing. He was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and a veteran of the US Navy Reserves.
Bob was preceded in death by 9 of his siblings and is survived by his beloved wife, of 56 years, Carol (Spaugy); daughter Michelle Baltrinic and granddaughter Michaela “Mika” Baltrinic; son Eric (Heather) Baltrinic; sister Delorse “Mae” Kennedy; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
