Robert Thaddeus “Bobby” Ingersoll passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 11th, 2020 at the age of 26.
Bobby is survived by his mother, Valerie Mroz, his sister, Amanda Ingersoll, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a great many friends. He is predeceased by his father, Robert “Bob” Ingersoll, his maternal grandparents, Colette and Thaddeus “Ted” Mroz, and his paternal grandparents Margaret “Rita” and James “Jim” Ingersoll.
In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and golfing with his friends and generally loved being outdoors. An avid sports fan, he rooted fiercely for the New England Patriots and played fantasy football every year. In addition to being a fan, he played soccer, baseball, and football growing up before finding wrestling in high school. He also enjoyed video games and could often be heard across the house laughing and yelling with his friends as they played late into the night.
Still, beneath that brave face, he was fighting his own mind and battling addiction. It’s a brutal, vicious disease that doesn’t discriminate. Over and over he tried to get his life together and overcome his demons. He wanted to live and didn’t give up. Despite his valiant efforts, Bobby lost his battle.
