Robert Turner Dean, 91, of Chester, formerly of Glen Burnie and Ocean City, passed away on November 22, 2016. He was born in North Tonawanda, New York to the late Stephen and Florence Dean. Bob joined the US Army Air Force when turning 18 and served with the 91st Bomb group for two years. He returned to attend Niagara University. He was a triathlete, who enjoyed running, biking and swimming for 30 years and was a member of the Coyote Running Club.
