Robert (Bob) T. Lloyd, Jr., passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, July 28, 2013, three days prior to his 90th birthday. He was the son of the late Robert T. Lloyd, Sr. and Mary Ida Gray Lloyd, and was born in Asheboro, NC. After graduating from Asheboro High School and while attending North Carolina s High Point College, he enlisted in the Army in Nov. of 1942.
