Robert Stewart, 55, of Berrien Springs, Michigan died Wednesday morning, August 29, 2007 at his home.Robert was born January 13, 1952 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Frank and Phyllis (Payne) Stewart. He was a 1970 graduate of River Valley High School and was employed at AT&T in Niles, Michigan for many years. Robert was an avid Miami Dolphins and Chicago White Sox fan.
He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 204, Three Oaks.Survivors include his sons, Chad (Nicole) Stewart of Stevensville, Michigan and Branden (Corine) Stewart of Tampa, Florida; grandchildren, Karsyn and Cooper Stewart; sisters, Kitty (Jack) Jones of New Troy, Michigan and Judith (Larry) Mathieu of Bridgman, Michigan; his companion, Julie Ruiz; and many nieces and nephews.
