Food, family, a good deal, and a winning hand were among Robert (Bob) Roth’s favorite things in life, and his passion for living and his humanity will be remembered long after his passing which took place Saturday evening, January 7th, 2017.
Bob’s spirit is carried on by his wife Darleen, three children Lori (Mo), Ric (Denia), and Bryan (Margo), grandchildren Joshua, Branden, London & Evan, brother Jack, cherished friend Dar, loving and most treasured private nurse Lazaro, his beloved boxers, and an extended family of many friends, business associates, and relations who traveled through life with him over the past 75+ years.
A serial entrepreneur, Bob created and invested in numerous businesses including, AdMarketing Inc., RMR Advertising, and the IGT Card (Primecard). An anonymous benefactor to many groups and organizations, he endeavored through philanthropy, business, and family to make the world better than how he first found it.
Among his favorite places, he spent many-a-weekend in the world’s finest casinos where he would ultimately make the best bet of his life by proposing to his wife of 23 years, Darleen. They shared an unshakeable, unmatchable love that surpassed even their most exotic travels (though Lake Como, Italy and the 100+ cruises they ventured on were among his most cherished adventures).
