Robert R. Neff, 81, of 1636 Columbian Ave., died at 4:10 a.m. Monday (July 17, 2006) in East Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born Dec. 2, 1924, in Elkhart to Paul and Laura (Carmien) Neff. On April 15, 1960, he married Joan Miller.
She survives in Elkhart, along with two daughters, Tracy (Alan) Mitchell of Goshen and Cindy (Ron) Sekora of Bristol; a son, Bob Haskins of Elkhart; and two grandsons.
