Czaikowski, Robert R. age 62 of Raisinville Twp., Monroe. Passed away Sunday May 25, 2008 at Oakwood Southshore Hospital, Trenton, MI. Robert was born February 16, 1946 in Dearborn, MI to Theodore and Leona (Nee: Wolan) Czaikowski. He married Patricia Ann Clancy on September 6, 1968 at St. Peter and Paul Church in Detroit. Robert worked at Ford Motor Company, Dearborn Power Plant for 40 years where he had wonderful friends. He contracted Leukemia in December 2004 and received a bone marrow transplant from his sister Joan Faiman in February 2005. Robert loved sailing, western movies and spending time with is family. He will be greatly missed. Robert is survived by his wife Patricia, a son Kenneth R., daughter and son in law Keri Ann (Czaikowski)Bailo and Anthony Bailo. Two grandchildren Veronica and Anthony Bailo. His Sister Joan Faiman and brother in law Fred. Nieces and nephews; Debra and Steve Denes of Trenton, Daniel Faiman of Trenton, Paul Faiman of Southgate, Marie and Dave Ekkel of Grand Haven, their three children David, Garrit and Sarah Ekkel, two Aunts Emily Robertson and Rose Skynar as well as many cousins. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Theodore (Butch) Czaikowski. Robert wished to be cremated and a memorial service later at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Trenton, MI.
