Robert R. Bobby Clapper, age 74, of Gas City, IN, died Sunday, October 25, 2015, at Twin City Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Gas City, IN. He was the son of the late Robert R. Clapper and the late Anna Vivian (Armstrong) Clapper. Bobby was and Honorary Fireman on the Mill Township Fire Department. Bobby was a resident of Twin City Healthcare for many years and was adored by the staff. He had a smile for everyone. One Sister: Judy (Leroy) Johnson Niece; (Sherry (Frank) Payne, Jonesboro, IN Nephew: Rob (Sara) Williams, Madison, IN Special Friends: David and Paula Walker of Kokomo and Dale Walker of Ft. Wayne. He was preceded in death by a sister Carolyn Little and a Nephew James Tom Williams. Arrangements are entrusted to Fairmount Chapel, Armes-Hunt Funeral Home Cremation Services , 415 S.
