Robert, Bob, Nicholson of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away June 3rd, 2015 at his home with his loving wife, Alice, by his side.
Bob was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin, brother, brother-in-law and friend to many.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Alice (Wolf) Nicholson, daughters Linda Meiner and Susan Ferrando (husband Steve), and son Rik Nicholson (partner Jason), nine grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by daughter Nancy, son Bob Jr., and three brothers Bill, Jack, and Don.
A native Bostonian, Bob served on the Boston Police Department, later as aide to Elliot L. Richardson, and continued his career with the U.S.
