Mr. Rachel is preceded in death by one son; Greg Rachel, and two sisters; Patsy Evens and Becky Steward. He is survived by one daughter; Barbara (Larry) Duff, one son Robert (Diana) Rachel Jr., one brother; Ralph (Cindy) Rachel, 12 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
