Mr. Robert Maxwell Combs, age 45, a lifelong Milford resident, beloved husband of Kathleen M. Linn Combs, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 3, 2009 in Michigan. Born in Milford, February 18, 1964, loving son of Lemuel and Patricia A. Fitzpatrick Combs of Milford. Robert was a truck driver having worked for Swift Transportation. He was an avid reader, a member of the NRA and a real history buff. Bob was also a true animal lover and was devoted to his family.
In addition to his wife and parents, survivors include his two brothers Richard Combs and his wife Jane of Farmington, NH; Alan Combs and his wife Mariah of West Haven; a sister Catherine Ligi and her husband Robert of Cheshire. He is also survived by nine cherished nieces and nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
