Robert Louis Gutierrez, born August 25, 1951, left this world on Thursday, January 21, 2016 surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Doroteo S., his mother Mercedes R., and brothers Carlos and Mark. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Gilda, son Jonathon, and daughter, Kalena, Son-In-Law, Ricky, and grandson, Charlie. He is also survived by his siblings; Gilbert (Kathy), Gloria, Melissa, Sonia (Tom), Paul (Marie), and numerous nieces and nephews. He played his guitar and sang with joy in his heart. He always had a smile on his face and an undeniable love for God. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. A very special thanks to Jennifer, Toni, Adriana, Dr. Cleo, Dr. Richard Martinez and the Benevolent Hospice staff for their endless support and care. Our deepest gratitude to the Holy Cross, Class ’69, and other special friends and family who rallied around Bobby to show their support.
