Robert Lee Smith, born Nov. 7, 1940 in Wise County, VA, died June 21, 2013 at his home in Anderson, IN. He was the son of the late Charles W. Smith.
He is survived by three sons, Steven Smith, Douglas Smith and Edwin Smith and proud grandfather of Luke Smith, Randy Smith, Jana Smith, Joshua Smith, Brandi Smith, Tracy Smith and great-grandchildren, Alexis and Levi. Sisters, Jean Chesier, Charlesia Wagner, Cosette Powell, Deidre Smith and late brother, Mark Smith.
He was a former construction company owner, avid fisherman, golfer, skilled craftsman, lover of IU Basketball and Indianapolis Colts. He loved his dog Sassy with all his heart.
