DUBLIN- Robert G. “Jerry” Lawrence, 71, passed on Saturday August 21, 2010 at the Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. A son of the late Elmer S. and Nina Maxine (Brandenburg) Lawrence, Robert was born in New Castle, Indiana on September 10, 1938. Jerry, also known as “Slim”, grew up in the Cambridge City community and graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1956. In June of 1956 he entered the United States Navy and was Honorably Discharged on September 9, 1959.
