Robert Lee Fairchild, 80, a resident of Millersville, died January 26 at his residence.
He was born Aug. 15, 1930, in Dayton, Ohio, and served in the U.S. Army before retiring as Chief Warrant Officer. He was a lifetime member of the Masonic Grandlodge of Philippines and Leonard Wood Lodge #105 as well as the Exalted Ruler of the Glen Burnie Elks #2266 (BPO).
