Robert L. “Bob” Lightfoot, 74, Anderson, passed away on March 4, 2022, at his home in Anderson. He was born on July 17, 1947, in Anderson, the son of Walter and Frances Lightfoot.
Bob graduated from Anderson High School in 1965. He retired in 2001 from General Motors after 30 years of service.
Bob was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Betty Minkey, Lois Rodeman, and Susie Hollingsworth.
Bob is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 45 years, Sharon Lightfoot, Anderson; his children, Francie Harvey (Bob), Warsaw, Robert “Bobby” Lightfoot, Jr., Anderson, and Brent Lightfoot, Anderson; his grandchildren, Mallory Eaton (Trey), Akron, IN, Zachary Powers (Lexie), Anderson, Kyle Powers (Taylor), Alexandria, Trace Lightfoot, Anderson, Vance Lightfoot, Anderson, and Tori Lightfoot, Anderson; his great-grandchildren, Landon Powers, Kaiden Powers, Maezell Eaton, Maren Eaton, Ava Yanez, Ana Yanez, and Aubrielle Lightfoot; and his former spouse, Brenda Campbell, Anderson.
